How to Remove the Password with USB Flash Drive or Floppy Disk?

Step1. Enter the full path to Windows Password Killer 4.0 ISO image file

By default, on opening the program, the WindowsPasswordKiller.iso image file is entered. If so, leave it as it is, if not, enter the path from the installation folder.

Step2. Choose a device to burn the ISO image file: a CD/DVD, USB Flash drive or Floppy disk

Select the checkbox "USB or Floppy Disk".  Plug the USB device onto the computer USB port or insert the floppy disk into the floppy driver. The USB name or the floppy disk name will appear immediately in the text box.

Tips: If the USB flash drive contains data, the program will overwrite them, so please back up first.

Step3. Start to burn the ISO image file

Click "Burn" to start the burning. The burning takes little time, please wait.

When the burning completes, remove your USB drive from the computer.

Step4. Boot from the USB and remove the password

1). Plug the newly created USB onto the locked computer or insert the floppy disk into the floppy driver. Restart the computer and boot it from the USB flash drive or floppy disk.

When the USB or floppy disk boots, you'll see Windows Password Killer 4.0 initializing (see screenshot below). If so, continue to the next step. If the computer still boots from Windows, it's necessary for you to change your computer's Setup to make it boot from USB. You can find more information about this on our BIOS page here.

2). The program asks for the Windows installation hard drive volume. Enter the ID number of the hard drive volume that Windows is installed.

3). The program has displayed all the user names of Windows and asks which password is to be removed. Enter the User Name ID whose password you intend to remove. Then, enter the Serial Number to active the function for removing the password.

5). The program asks whether to continue to remove passwords for other accounts. Enter "y" to continue and "n" to finish. Unplug your USB or remove your floppy disk first from your computer and press any key to restart it. Now you can log in Windows with an empty password (with no password).

Tip: Do please unplug your USB or remove your floppy disk first and then restart the computer, or else, bugs may occur.
