  • Q:1. When I click "Buy Now" on your purchase page, I'm navigated to Regnow. What's that?
    Yes. After you click Buy Now on our purchase web page of our site, you'll be navigated to RegNow, which is long-term partner for the payment. RegNow is the world's largest e-commerce and software payment service provider, who has the most complete registration and software payment solutions. So please feel at ease to fill out the form for the payment to get the product.

  • Q: 2. I've paid, but how can I confirm that I've placed an order?
    Immediately after your payment, we'll send you an email, containing the conformation of the transaction, the receipt and the invoice.

  • Q: 3. Can I use my local currency, what currencies do you accept? If you don't accept my local currency, how can I do?
    Well, we use USD, EUR and GBP. If you don't use them but the local currency, we recommend you to use a currency converter to see the approximate cost of the product in your local currency and pay with it will be OK.

  • Q: 4. I want the software as soon as possible, which is the quickest way for me to buy?
    The quickest way to buy is the quickest way to pay. Credit Card is the quickest. After your payment, you will immediately receive an email containing the Serial Number in minutes while you are placing your order. We certainly accept other payment methods, like Credit-card online, Credit-card by phone, Credit-card by fax, purchase order, check/wire transfer, PayPal, ACH, postal mail, etc.

  • Q: 5. After payment, how long will I receive the Serial Number?
    It depends on the payment method you use. If you use Credit card for the payment, then after you submit the Order form, you will receive the Serial Number immediately by email.

  • Q: 6. How do I enter the Credit Card numbers, in what form?
    You just enter the continuous strings of the numbers. Do not with dashes or dots, or spaces.

  • Q: 7. When will my Credit Card be charged?
    Your Credit Card will be charged the same day when you have placed the purchase order.

  • Q: 8. How will the charge show up on my credit card?
    The charge will appear on your credit card with the product name you have purchased.

  • Q: 9. Is an invoice possible? How can I receive it?
    Yes. After payment, you will receive the invoice together with the Serial Number.
    For orders paid by Credit Card or direct debit from your bank account (electronic debit or online bank transfer), we will issue an invoice in no time.
    For orders paid by wire transfer, check, or cash, you will first receive an order confirmation, and the invoice will be issued after payment is received.
    In any case, we will automatically email your invoice or Order confirmation to your billing address. The Order documents are sent as PDF attachments with the email.
    PDF is short for Portable Document Format, a multi-platform file format for documents. To be able to read PDF documents, you need Adobe© Reader©, which can be downloaded free of charge from Adobe.

  • Q: 10. What about the sales tax?
    RegNow charges applicable sales tax for orders in Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska and Utah. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.

  • Q: 11. I'm not in the United States, do I have to pay customs fee?
    Yes. If you live outside the United States, custom and tariff fees may apply according to the import law in your country. These fees are not collected by this company and this company doesn't have control of these fees.

  • Q: 12. Can I change my shipment method after I have placed the Order?
    Sorry, you can't change your shipment method after your Order has been submitted. The Order is immediately sent to the fulfillment agency and can no longer be changed by our system.

  • Q: 13. I've paid, but I have not received the Serial Number. Why?
    Please make sure you have input the correct email address when submitting your order. For other cases, please feel free to contact us at support@windowspasswordkiller.com.

  • Q: 14. How about my privacy on the filling-up form sheet?
    Your private information will be protected and used for the purpose of examining and fulfilling contracts and providing technical support, etc. Use of the data beyond these parameters is not permitted. Any of your personal data will not be passed to third parties, sold or rented unless we have received your express authorization to do so or are legally obligated to forward such data.

  • Q: 15. What is "Extended Download Service"?

    The Extended Download Service is an optional service offered by the payment processor ( Regnow) with additional cost. Once you purchase this service, you’ll be entitled to 2 year of re-download service for the very version of the product you purchased, which means the service provider will keep backup copy of the current version of the product you purchased, and allows you to download it from the link given to you at any time.


    Do I have to purchase this "Extended Download Service"? What if I don’t purchase it?


    The short answer is NO. Once you purchase any product from PassKiller Software Inc., you can retrieve the download and registration information for the product you purchased for free.
