The ISO image file is automatically located in your installation folder of the program.
Q: I'm scared of the command prompt, can I use your program?
Yes. It won't be that difficult as you though for the command prompt. You don't have to do that many interactions, but to enter orders like yes, no, 1, 2, 3, etc. for the program to forward will be OK. Actually, the whole operation is as easy as a pie, if follow the step-by-step user guide on our site or the Help file in the program.
Q: I can still login Windows with Guest account, can I use my computer to burn the CD?
No. Guest account has very little privileges for the operation on the computer, and you are not allowed to burn CD with the Guest account. So, it's better to burn the CD with other computers.
Q: My CD is containing data, what is going to happen?
Sorry, you will fail to burn the ISO image file onto the CD, if it contains data. So, please make sure the CD is blank with no data.
Q: I failed to burn the CD/DVD, what's the problem?
1. Please make sure whether your CD/DVD is blank or not. If it contains data, the burning won't success.
2. Please make sure the optical drive a burner. If it is only a disk reader, it will refuse to do the burning.
3. If the optical drive is a burner, please make sure it works fine.
If still with problem, it may be the causes of our burner software. You may use other popular burner software for a try, like Nero, Sonic, Roxio, etc. If this is the first time you burn a CD, then we recommend you to use BurnCDCC, which is easier to use for new users.
Q: I use Nero burned the CD, but I failed to boot the computer from the CD. What's up?
Nero can burn both ISO image file and ordinary data, like audio, video, images and documents. But the burning methods are far away from each other. You may have wrongly burned the ISO image file as an ordinary file. To avoid such problems, please use the built-in burner software for the burning.
Q: What if I use a USB Flash drive containing data?
The data on the USB Flash drive will be overwritten, so please back up before the burning.
Q: What if I use a USB Flash drive containing data?
1. Please check whether your USB Flash drive is well connected to the computer.
2. Please check whether your USB Flash drive works fine.
3. Please check whether your computer USB port works fine.
4. Please check whether your USB Flash drive is connected well while the burning.
If still fail to burn the USB Flash drive, it may be the question of our burner software, please use other software to have a try, like Nero, Sonic, Roxio, etc. If this is the first time for CD burning, we recommend you to try BurnCDCC, which is much easier to use.
Q: I created a user name with my own name, and used your program removed the password, which I thought it is the administrator's account. Is it right? How can I login Windows with the administrator's account in Windows XP?
No. It's one of the user accounts that has some administrative privileges but still don't have the overall control of the computer with all the administrator's privileges. So, you have to remove the administrator's password with the Windows Password Killer. After the password is removed, reboot the computer. When the Welcome screen displays, press the key combination Ctr+Alt+Delete (Delete two times). In the pop-up Login Dialog Window, enter "administrator" in the User name, and leave the password text box empty, click "Go" to log in your Windows with the administrator's account.
Q: If I remove the password of my user account, does the user profile change?
No. User profile contains many properties of the user account, and the password is only one of the many properties. So, removing the password won't change the user account profile.
